Our blouse are all on a made to order basis specially stitching for you. We assume that you agree to our terms and conditions when placing an order. Once an order is placed, we do not offer any exchange or returns. But yes we can modified your blouse within 3 days.

The blouse are made according to size chart and after discussion with our agent/ field officer or as per your existing size.

However, if there’s a genuine defect /damage in the received product caused in transit, a replacement will be offered only if there’s an uncut unpacking video within 24 hours of receiving it. Video should contain sealed packet with printed shipment label proof and product returned should contain original tags and packaging in an unworn/unused state.

On receipt of the returned product, our team will conduct a quality check and proceed to ship the replacement. Misssilaiwali reserves the right to Refuse a return if the product is found to be used and worn upon its arrival. Please note that the entire process of replacement may take up to 12-15 days. Your cooperation and patience during the same will be highly valued.

• Slight color differences (5-10%) may occur due to camera lens limitations or screen calibrations.

Unclaimed Product:

If a product is unclaimed or no shipping charges are provided for more than 30 days, the product will fall under a no-refund policy.
